Which devices does the app work on?
iPhone with iOS 18 or later.
Do I need an account?
No. The app has no accounts and no sign-in.
The timer finished but my phone did not make a sound.
The timer uses notifications to alert you. Open Settings › Notifications › V-Land Foods and turn on Allow Notifications and Sounds. Also check that your iPhone is not in silent mode or in a Focus that hides notifications.
I do not see the timer on my Lock Screen or in the Dynamic Island.
Open Settings › V-Land Foods and turn on Live Activities. The Dynamic Island is available on iPhone models that have it; on other models the timer appears on the Lock Screen.
I closed the app. Is my timer still running?
Yes. The timer keeps running and will alert you when it ends, even if the app is closed. Open the app again to see the time left.
How does the calculator work out my cost?
You choose the pack format, enter the price you pay, the number of patties per plate and the cost of your other ingredients. The app shows your cost per patty and per plate. Add your menu price to see your food cost and margin. The app does not include prices: every amount is one you enter.
Which currency does the calculator use?
The currency of your iPhone’s region. Change it in Settings › General › Language & Region.
Where are my saved scenarios?
Only on your iPhone. They are not sent to V-Land Foods or to anyone else.
How do I delete my data?
Swipe a saved scenario to delete it. Deleting the app removes everything it has stored.
