Mamey Zapote
Dense, sweet and almond-scented, mamey Zapote is the fruit this company was built on. We have been processing it in the Espaillat province since 2009, and we are the marketing unit of the Zapote Cluster of the Hermanas Mirabal and Espaillat provinces.
One fruit, five formats: frozen pulp, powder, dehydrated pieces, cold-pressed oil and fresh fruit by the carton. Nothing added to any of them.
